Get ready for a culinary trip around the world at this dinner from Stag Dining
Group chefs Ted Fleury and Jordan Grosser, who have teamed up with esteemed North Beach landmark, 15 Romolo, to offer a five-course dinner with craft cocktails produced by some of the city’s elite mixologists and featuring Rémy Martin V, Highland Park Single Malt Scotch Whisky, ZU Bisongrass Vodka, Brugal Rum and Cointreau Orange Liqueur. At this special feast, guests will be whisked around the globe with dishes influenced from Japan, Italy, France and Spain including Kona Kampachi Crudo with apple, nasturtium, wasabi tobikko, crème fraîche; Veal Sweetbreads with tamarind glaze, Romanesco, cauliflower, charred chicories; and Lamb Merguez with eggplant marmalade, chickpea panisse and padron peppers.
