Celebrated San Francisco bartender and Bar Manager of Berretta Ryan Fitzgerald leads a beginner’s guide to understanding tequila and its many pleasures. Forget what you thought you knew of tequila from days gone by. Today’s best tequilas, such as Tequila Corralejo, Casa Noble Organic Tequila and CORZO Tequila, are rich in flavor, character and versatility, both sipped and in cocktails. Fitzgerald will teach how tequila is made, what makes it different and ways to enjoy it, while leading you through a tasting of some fine examples of the spirit as well as examples of its utility in delicious cocktails.
