Bar Adagio and 10 Cane Rum will offer an intimate dinner for 20 at the King’s Table in the private dining room. Harkening back to classic cocktails of the 1920s as an inspiration for this creative spirited supper, 10 Cane Rum’s Kim Haasarud and Bar Adagio Mixologist Kristin Almy will create creative libations to match the four-course dinner from Chef Mike Ransom. Each dish will draw on influences from Southern Floridian and Cuban cultures, as well as French cuisine in a perfectly laid-back and friendly, yet refined, environment. Recently redesigned, Bar Adagio prides itself on its fantastic wine and beer lists as well as its hand-crafted seasonal cocktails that include Almy’s signature of unusual ingredients, such as hand made bitters and falernums.
