Bartenders and owners of Bar Agricole Eric Johnson and Thad Vogler, Chef Brandon Jew and St. George Spirits Distiller Lance Winters join forces for a gin-focused dinner in this modern urban tavern. This extraordinary dining experience will feature three new, game-changing St. George gins: Botanivore Gin, Dry Rye Gin and Terroir Gin (Mt. Tam Edition), with each one paired with dishes that accentuate the unique blend of botanicals. Chef Jew will break down whole animals for the occasion and create palate-pleasing dishes that enhance the enjoyment of gin, as well as highlight how spirits can be well-paired with dinner. Lance will also share some of his California Agricole Rum. Whole animals, whole ingredients and a whole lot of spirit will be on tap at this dinner!
