United States Bartenders Guild Instructors Jon Santer and David Nepove have been known throughout their bartending careers (and especially in the early days of bars like Enrico’s and Bourbon and Branch) to lead the charge in the use and development of bar tools over the last decade. Nepove even created a successful bar tool company and is widely known as “Mr. Mojito” for his line of muddlers of the same name. This seminar is for both home bartenders looking to further their education, and for novice to intermediate bartenders who want to hone their craft as professionals. It will include extensive coverage of the “tools of the trade”, the proper way to use them and the thought process behind making the perfect cocktail. Includes cocktails.
