The Wild West takes over Tessera for one night for a fundraising cocktail shake-off! Root for your favorite bartenders and cocktails from Acme Bar & Co., Hotsy Totsy Club, Chop Bar, Flora, Dogwood, Easy Lounge, Adesso, Sidebar, Bar 355, Café Rouge and Hudson, while enjoying delicious bites provided by Flora and Little Star Pizza. And, starting September 1, visit each participating bar for the special San Francisco Cocktail Week menu. A portion of the proceeds of each bar's commemorative cocktail will be donated to one of 10 East Bay Charities, including East Bay SPCA, Oakland Community Pools Project, ALS Therapy Development Institute and the Women's Initiative. The bar that wins the East Bay Showdown on September 22 wins even more for their charity!
