Join Chef Adam Carpenter and Erick Castro of Beefeater & Plymouth Gins for a night of refined comfort food and classic cocktails. Inspired by one of San Francisco’s first surveyors and legendary Jasper O’Farrell – Jasper’s Corner Tap & Kitchen pays homage to the history and culture of the social city Jasper O’Farrell envisioned. Dishes for the dinner include Deviled Eggs with salad; Riblettes in Citrus Broth; and Local Halibut with a tomato and sweet corn succotash. Specially paired cocktails will be provided for each course, including the Cloud Kicker (a house specialty drink with Beefeater Gin, cynar, yellow chartreuse and Campari). We think ‘ol Jasper would be proud.

First Course:
Deviled Egg w/salad
Paired with twist on a French 75

Second Course:
Riblettes in Citrus Broth
Paired with Cloud Kicker (house specialty drink with beefeater, cynar, yellow chartreuse, campari)

Third Course:
Local Halibut w/tomato and sweet corn succotash
Paired with variation of Red Rocket (gin, arugala, cherry tomatos, salt & pepper)

Fourth Course:
Warm Apple or Cold Citrus Dessert
Paired with Gin and grapefruit palate cleanser
