You’ve come to expect beautiful presentations and delectable dishes at
restaurant Michael Mina over the years and this extravaganza will be no different. Chef Jeremy Ravitz, Bar Manager Carlo Splendorini and Pisco Portón will be creating a pisco-friendly dinner to show off this versatile Peruvian spirit with innovative, paired cocktails for each of the five courses. Dishes will include Pisco-cured Halibut Gravlax with heirloom cucumber, lime, mint; Rosemary-crusted Pork Loin and glazed belly with mustard, eggplant, shelling beans and Honey Caramelized Peach with blackberry, coriander and rose, which will be paired with a Portón cocktail with spiced peach cordial, lime, coriander and orange flower water.
