No. 209 Gin Experience

During the No. 209 Gin Experience, Distillery No. 209 and the team at Jasper’s
Corner Tap and Kitchen will help you better understand your gin personality
(or level of Ginterest). Whether a seasoned gin drinker (Ginthusiast), a newly
enlightened gin drinker (Ginlightened), a gin doubter (Ginskeptic), or a
vodka drinker (Ginnocent), we will help you gauge your level of Ginterest.
Kevin Diedrich, Matthew Meidinger and the rest of the Jasper’s Corner team
will create a mixture of custom and classic No. 209 Gin cocktails that represent
each of these gin personalities. To accompany these libations, Chef Adam
Carpenter will create a menu of in-house appetizers including his signature
Pretzels & Cheese, Chef’s Deviled Eggs, and Mini Ball Parks among others.
Master Distiller (aka Ginerator) Arne Hillesland will imbibe with us and answer
your questions on how he hand-crafts our spirit on Pier 50 in San Francisco.
