Feeling caliente? Cool off with an array of Charbay spirits and the flavors of The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley at the precursor to a fantastic Mexican dinner from Executive Chef Kelvin Ott at the cocktail hour that will feature a creation for every type of spirit lover. Why not start with the “El Diablito” with Charbay Blanco tequila, creme yvette, absinthe, fresh lime & ginger beer? Once seated, guests will enjoy a four-course dinner of modern Mexican dishes, such as Chile Morita rubbed Rib-Eye and Snapper Veracruz (fresh snapper grilled with tomatoes & Mexican oregano). And in between all the heat will be a selection of Aguast Locas (palate cleansers) with such refreshing flavors as prickly pear and mango from The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley. In addition to paired cocktails, guests will also sample a selection of portfolio wines and port from Charbay with each course. Charbay's Master Distiller Marko Karakasevic will be on hand to school guests on the wonders of distilling and flavors that pair with Mexican cuisine, and Perfect Purée Founder Tracy Hayward will offer her culinary perspective on the evening's flavor packed menu.
